2 Ingredient Dough Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls (No Yeast)

Super easy and delicious, these no yeast 2 ingredient dough Cinnamon Rolls are made with whole wheat flour for a healthy alternative to the store bought option. With no rising time needed, you can have your cinnamon bun fix in under an hour!

Preheat oven to 350°F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix flour and baking powder until combined well.
In another bowl, mix yogurt, vanilla and sweetener.
Add yogurt and mix using a spoon until it forms small chunks of dough.
Transfer to a work surface and use hands to make a ball of dough. Add a tsp of yogurt at a time if the dough is too dry, and more flour if too sticky. DO NOT OVER-MIX.
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll into a large rectangle (flour the rolling pin) about ¼” thick and 9½”x 6½” size with the longer side facing you.
Melt butter and brush most of it over the dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle over butter.
Gently roll up the dough from the long end (towards you) until it meets the other end. Roll tight!
Cut log into 9 pieces - about 1 inch thick - using a sharp knife and place each piece (cut side up) in prepared pan. Brush the tops with remaining butter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges puff up and lightly browned.
Let cool completely 10 minutes.
To glaze, stir together yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and milk if using, drizzle over cinnamon rolls, and enjoy!
