Get caffeine and cozy in 2 minutes with this Cinnamon Mocha Hot Cocoa; A delicious and sugar free hot chocolate coffee drink that can be made on the stovetop or in the microwave too! Perfect for a cold winter morning or night.

In a small pot, heat almond milk over medium until it starts to simmer.
Add instant coffee and whisk. Add cacao or cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener, whisk and heat until it starts to simmer again.
Do not let boil, there should only be small bubbles.
Add in chocolate chips and whisk vigorously to combine.
Optionally, transfer to blender and blend until frothy.
Pour into a mug and serve hot.
