Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 6” x 8” pan or baking dish.
In a bowl, mix pancake mix, protein powder, milk and egg whites.
Top with any toppings.
Bake for 20-22 minutes; Toothpick inserted into the center should come out dry.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
