Banana Pudding Protein Tiramisu - Just Amazing!

Amazing Banana Pudding Protein Tiramisu with layers of coffee-dipped protein banana cake, protein cream and protein banana pudding. Banana tiramisu is a healthy and unique twist on the classic using protein powder instead of sugar!

Assembling:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, vanilla and unflavored protein powders, peanut butter powder and baking soda.
In a large bowl, whisk together hot water, mashed banana, butter and lemon juice.
Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.
DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the cake dense.
Pour batter into pan, and bake for 22-25 minutes.
Don’t let the batter sit out.
A tester inserted into the center should come out clean and center of cake springy to touch.
Let cool in pan for 10 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
Cut into half along one edge. You should have 2 thin 4”x8” rectangles. Cut each into 1” strips (7 cuts across long end).
Cream:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese using an electric hand mixer or paddle attachment of stand mixer until smooth; About 1 minute.
Add Greek yogurt and milk and beat again until combined.
Beat in vanilla protein powder, scraping down the sides if needed.
Banana Pudding:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana flavor instant pudding, and milk until smooth.
Add milk a little at a time until pudding consistency is reached.
Assemble:
Dip each cake strip in coffee, then place in 9”x6” glass dish.
Repeat and cover entire base (use half strips).
Spread cream mixture on top (smoothen with back of spatula or spoon)
Arrange another layer of coffee-dipped cake strips.
Spread banana pudding layer on top.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours to overnight.
Dust with cocoa power (use sieve).
