Brownie Batter:

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Cut croissant from top in 3 cuts to form a criss-cross like a pizza to make a cavity.
Don’t cut all the way to the bottom
Brownie Batter:
In a bowl, whisk chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder.
Add almond milk and egg whites and mix.
Assemble & Bake:
Fill brownie batter in croissant cavities (tip: use a piping bag).
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Drizzle on melted chocolate and enjoy!.
