Microwave carrots on high for 1½-2 minutes (until steaming and soft).
Add in vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves..
Mix, adding in sweetener and milk as needed.
Cream Cheese Topping:
Combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl.
Spread on carrot cake bowl.
Top with walnuts and serve warm!
