Base:
Break nut bar into halves and press down onto base of 8-cup silicon mold (or lined muffin pan).
Chocolate Ice Cream:
In a bowl mix chocolate protein powder, pudding mix and milk (add little at a time until thick).
Divide mix among cups.
Top with chopped cherry pieces.
Freeze 1 hour, then remove from molds and enjoy.
