Chocolate Chip Protein Bars with Potato Chips (Healthy)

Sweet and Salty Chocolate Chip Protein Bars with Potato Chips on top! These healthy cookie dough protein bars are low fat, sugar free, gluten free and quite guilt-free too.

Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.
In a bowl, combine protein powders, oat flour and coconut flour, peanut butter.
Add milk (little at a time) to form a dough.
Add chocolate chips and mix.
Transfer to pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.
Topping:
Place the chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring - for about 45 seconds - 1 minute until completely melted.
Let cool slightly.
Spread over bars.
Crush potato chips and sprinkle on bars.
Place in freezer 5 minutes to cool.
Lift out of pan, place on cutting board and using a sharp knife, slice into 12 bars.
