Unbelievable Chocolate Protein Crepes made with just 4 ingredients; No flour or sugar needed. These chocolate protein powder crepes are gluten free, dairy free, low carb, keto and easily Vegan too; The perfect breakfast, dessert or post workout treat.
Whisk together chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder egg whites, cocoa powder and milk in a bowl until smooth.
Taste and add stevia powder or sweetener if needed.
Heat a small nonstick pan on medium-low and spray with cooking spray.
Scoop out about ¼ cup mixture on pan and swirl to spread to form a circle.
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until surface is mostly dry and only slightly wet in the center.
Flip carefully and cook other side for another minute.
Remove from pan and repeat with remaining batter.
