Chocolate Toffee Protein Bread - Just So Good

Delicious and nutritious Chocolate Toffee Protein Bread is the perfect treat for any time of day. Rich with chocolate protein powder, cocoa and toffee bits, and healthy with no oil or extra sugar.
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8½" x 4½" loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk flour, chocolate protein powder, unflavored protein powder, cocoa powder, stevia sweetener, baking powder and baking soda.
In a large bowl, whisk together applesauce, Greek yogurt, almond milk, eggs, toffee flavor and vanilla.
Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until just combined.
DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder and gluten from wheat flour will make the bread dense.
Small streaks of flour are okay.
Transfer ⅔ batter to baking pan, sprinkle most toffee bits.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, covering with a foil tent after 30 minutes.
A toothpick inserted into center should come out dry.
Cool for 5 minutes, sprinkle on remaining toffee bits.
Cool 30 minutes then lift out of pan using the lining. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
