The best creamy and crunchy Cookies and Cream Protein Fudge made with nut butter, collagen and protein powder. A healthy, sugar free and keto Oreo protein fudge perfect for those late night sugar cravings.

Line a 8x4” loaf pan with parchment paper (leave an overhang to lift out later).
In a medium bowl, combine the cashew butter, protein powder, collagen powder and coconut flour and mix until smooth.
Roughly chop sandwich cookies, add to bowl and mix.
Transfer mixture into prepared loaf pan, press down and use back of spoon to smoothen.
Place pan in freezer for about 15 minutes to slightly harden.
Slice into 12 pieces.
