Damn Delicious Herb-Mustard Glazed Salmon

This Herb-Mustard Glazed Salmon has a crispy crust on a moist fillet infused with all those herby flavors. Dining in style clearly does not have to be hard!

Preheat oven to 425°.
Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with nonstick spray and place salmon on it, skin-side down. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, mustard and herbs.
Spread mustard sauce over the fillet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, until cooked through and top is crusty.
