In a bowl, combine oat flour, tahini, chocolate protein powder and cacao or cocoa powder.
Mix with a big spoon to form a dough.
If mix is too dry, add about 1 tsp milk, or more coconut flour if too wet.
Spoon out about a 1-2 Tbsp mixture at a time roll into balls using clean hands.
