Healthy Cream Cheese Danish - High Protein, Low Fat

Perfect Healthy Cream Cheese Danish recipe that’s flaky and cheesy! Low calorie and low fat cheese danish pastry uses reduced fat cream cheese, Greek yogurt and protein powder for the filling!
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
If cream cheese is solid, place in a bowl and microwave for about 10 seconds to soften.
Place cream cheese in a bowl and beat using hand mixer until light and airy; About 30-45 seconds.
Add Greek Yogurt and beat again.
Add protein powder and egg beat.
Cut puff pastry sheet into 12 pieces, 3”x3” squares (25g each for me). Slightly roll out (using rolling pin) to make larger.
Fold in the corners of the squares over by about 1 inch to make octagon shapes.
Place on baking sheet.
Spoon about 1½-2 Tbsp mixture in center of puff pastry.
Do not spread around.
Bake 18 minutes until pastry is slightly browned and flaky.
