Amazing but Healthy Halloween Cookie Bars made with protein powder for sweetener, and no sugar outside the candy. An easy, tasty and high-protein cookie bar for your leftover halloween candy!

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper (or grease).
In a bowl combine vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder, flour, coconut four, sugar alternative and baking soda.
In another bowl, place whisk applesauce, egg, egg white and almond butter.
Add dry mix into wet and gently fold until uniform.
Add most of chopped chocolate candy and candy coated chocolate and mix again.
Pour batter into greased pan/skillet and spread evenly with a spatula or back of a spoon.
Top with remaining chocolate.
Bake about 12-14 minutes - top should be cooked and dry to touch, but still soft.
Transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
Slice into 8 bars.
