Kinda pretty but still healthy Protein Cake Pops made with just 4 ingredients, and no bake too! These low calorie high protein cake bites are Vegan, gluten free and sugar free; A great birthday cake protein snack or dessert recipe.

In a bowl, mix oat flour, coconut flour, vanilla protein powder and almond milk.
Add milk if the mix is too dry or coconut flour if the mix is too wet.
Divide into 8 portions.
Roll into balls.
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a shallow bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds - at 15 second intervals - until it’s completely melted. Let cool about 5 mins.
Pierce cake balls with lollipop stick or skewer, then dip in melted chocolate and move around to coat.
Place upright into a cardboard box (small holes pierced) or styrofoam block, decorate with sprinkles, and let rest to harden.
