Healthy Valentine's Mini Cakes - High Protein, Sugar Free

Cutest Healthy Valentine's Mini Cakes are pretty and pretty good for you. High protein mini Valentine’s Day cakes are low sugar, low calorie and low fat too!
Topping:
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 10-cavity mini cake pan.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, protein powders, cocoa powder and baking powder.
Add applesauce and egg whites and mix.
Divide mixture evenly among donut pan cavities, filling about ⅔-¾ way up.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donut comes out clean.
Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
Topping:
Place the chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring - for about 45 seconds until completely melted.
Let cool slightly.
Dip cakes in chocolate and invert onto a plate.
Sprinkle with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
