In a small pot, heat almond milk and water until starts to simmer. Do not let boil, there should only be small bubbles.
Alternatively, heat in the microwave.
Add in chopped white chocolate or chocolate chips and whisk.
Remove from heat, and vanilla protein powder and whisk again vigorously. Be sure to use a whisk, and not stir with a spoon.
Pour into a mug and serve hot.
