Honey Peanut Butter Protein Bars - Low Fat, Easy!

Honey Peanut Butter Protein Bars are the perfect snack for on-the-go. Layered bars with cheerios, peanut butter, peanut butter powder and honey, are high protein, low sugar, lower fat and healthy too!
Cheerio Base:
Honey PB Layer:
Chocolate Topping:
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper; Leave an overhang to lift out later.
Base:
In a bowl combine peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder.
Add in peanut butter, honey and water(little at a time) and mix. Mixture will be like a dough.
Add cheerios and fold to mix.
Transfer to pan and press down.
Honey PB Layer:
In a bowl, mix peanut butter powder, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder.
Add peanut butter, honey, milk (little at a time).
Add water if too thick, coconut flour if too thin.
Spread on top of base and use small spatula/back of spoon to smoothen.
Place in freezer 10 minutes to harden.
Chocolate Topping:
Lift layers out of pan, invert onto chopping board (cheerios on top).
Slice into 8 bars.
Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 15-20 seconds, stirring halfway, until completely melted.
Drizzle on top of bars.
