Mini Protein Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls with Big Good Flavor

Unbelievably soft and fluffy Mini Protein Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls with all the chocolate rolls flavor but actually healthy! Protein chocolate sweet rolls use protein powder for a sweetener, have no yeast, are low calorie and have a Vegan option too!
Filling:
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease ramekin (on one cup of large muffin pan).
Process ingredients for dough - flour, unflavored protein powder, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, yogurt, milk and butter - in a small food processor to form a ball of dough; Stop as soon as ball forms.
Alternatively combine in bowl with a hand mixer or fork and knead.
Place in fridge to cool while making filling.
Filling:
Combine cocoa powder, chocolate protein power, sweetener and almond milk in a small bowl.
Make and Bake:
Divide into 5 pieces, and roll each into an oval shape.
Transfer to lightly floured work surface and roll out a long rectangle (about 1” wide, ⅓” thick).
Flour rolling pin to avoid sticking.
Spray surface with butter spray and spread mixture evenly over surface
Gently but tightly roll up dough from the short end until it meets the other end.
Place rolls in ramekin, leaving a little gap if you like, and bake 15 minutes until edges puff up and are lightly browned.
