This Nutella Hot Chocolate recipe uses cacao powder, homemade sugar free Nutella and is sweetened with stevia - definitely the ultimate no-guilt hot cocoa! An easy hot chocolate hazelnut drink to use up leftover Nutella and can be made in the microwave. Vegan and dairy free too!

1 ½ cupUnsweetened Almond Milkor other

½ cupWateror more milk

3 TbspCacao Powderor Unsweetened Cocoa

½ tspVanilla Extract

Stevia Sweetener2 tsp sugar worth (Use your brand's Conversion Chart)

4 tspNutella

1 TbspDark Chocolate Chips or Chopped Chocolate7g, Optional

In a small pot, combine almond milk, water, cacao or cocoa powder, vanilla and sweetener. Whisk and heat over medium until it starts to simmer.
Do not let boil.
Add in Nutella and chocolate and whisk to combine.
Optionally, transfer to blender and blend until frothy.
Pour into a mug and serve hot.
