Super flavorful Oreo Peanut Butter Protein Bars for your next post-workout snack! Easy, healthy, no bake Oreo peanut butter bars use protein powder for sweetness and are low fat, low calorie and gluten free too.

Line a 8 x 4” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.
Oreo Layer:
In a bowl, combine chocolate protein powders, black cocoa powder, oat flour and coconut flour.
Add flavored peanut butter and milk (little at a time) to form a dough.
Transfer to prepared loaf pan, and use back of spoon/spatula to press down and spread.
Peanut Butter Layer:
In the same bowl, stir together peanut butter powder, peanut butter, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, maple syrup and water (1 tsp at a time).
Spread on top of Oreo layer and use back of spoon to smoothen.
Topping:
Top with crushed Oreo cookies; Press down firmly.
Slice into 8 bars.
