Peaches & Cream Walnut Toast - High Protein, Just Wild!

Peaches and Cream Walnut Toast is a healthy, easy and delicious breakfast. Caramelized peaches, Greek yogurt and protein powder ‘cream’ on sourdough walnut bread - a real wild treat!
Bake Wildgrain Sourdough Walnut Bread according to instructions (25 minutes from frozen).
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and protein powder.
Heat a skillet on medium and lightly grease with cooking spray.
Place peaches on pan and cook about 2 minutes until golden brown, sooner if you see browning on the pan or smell burning.
Gently flip and cook other side for another minute.
Toast bread on pan - heat each side 1-2 minutes till slightly brown.
Spread yogurt mix on bread, arrange peaches on top, drizzle on honey and walnuts.
