Fall-perfect Pecan Pie Protein Shake with all the cozy flavor and nutrition! Low fat, high protein pecan smoothie uses sugar-free ice cream and a brown sugar alternative too.

Combine all the ingredients - vanilla protein powder, milk, water, yogurt, ice cream, brown sugar substitute and cinnamon - in blender and blend on high for about 30-45 seconds until desired consistency is obtained.
Add ice to make it thicker, or a splash of almond milk to make it thinner.
Add pecans and blend 10 seconds.
Transfer to glass, top with more pecans and crushed graham crackers.
