Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, whisk egg whites, Greek yogurt, protein powder and milk
Place bread slices on baking sheet.
Press down the center of the bread (using back of spoon or fingers) to create a well; Don’t break through.
Spoon custard into bread depression/well.
Top with fruit.
Bake for 8-10 minutes;
Bread should be toasted and custard should start to caramelize.
