Combine chocolate mix ingredients - protein powder, almond butter, cocoa powder, water - in a bowl (add water little at a time) to form thick spread.
Taste and add sweetener if needed.
Add cornflakes cereal; Gently mix with a spoon.
Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet; About 10 portions.
