Protein Eggnog Bars

Surprising Protein Eggnog Bars with all the egg nog and nutmeg flavor, but actually good for you! These healthy eggnog bars use protein powder and almond milk nog for a low sugar, low fat and Vegan recipe.
Icing:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk whole wheat pastry flour, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter powder, zero calorie sugar replacement, nutmeg and baking soda.
In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, eggnog and tahini.
Add dry mix to wet, and gently stir until just starting to mix.
DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the bars gummy.
Transfer to baking pan and bake for about 22-25 minutes.
Top should be set and toothpick inserted into the center should come out dry.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Slice into 16 bars.
Icing:
Stir protein powder and eggnog in a bowl, then drizzle on bars.
