The best Protein Ice Cream Pops made with just 4 ingredients! These high protein popsicles use protein powder and greek yogurt and great for a healthy summer treat.

Topping:
In a bowl mix yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup.
Divide mix 4 popsicle molds.
Insert stick.
Freeze 2 hours.
Place chocolate and coconut oil in bowl and microwave 30-40 seconds (stirring at 15s intervals).
Remove popsicles from molds, dip ends in chocolate or drizzle on chocolate.
Place on parchment-lined baking pan or plate to dry.
