Rice Cake Tiramisu is an easy twist on the classic Italian dessert. It’s made with rice cakes instead of ladyfingers, and protein powder instead of sugar, but just as creamy and delicious.

In a bowl mix softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder and milk.
Dip rice cake in coffee, transfer into large ramekin (be quick but gentle).
Spread half cream mixture on top (smoothen with back of spatula or spoon)
Repeat with second rice cake + remaining cream.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Dust with cocoa power (use sieve).
