An amazing Single Serve Protein Brownie baked in the oven for the real fudgy effect. This healthy brownie for one is sweetened with protein powder and packed with Greek yogurt for the perfect single serving high protein brownie! No sugar, eggs or oil needed.

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 1 cup ramekin with cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter and vanilla.
Add dry mix to wet, and gently fold until combined. Batter should be slightly thick.
Fold in half the chocolate chips.
Transfer batter into ramekin, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon and top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 13-15 minutes.
Top should be set and toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly dry.
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
