Single Serve Protein French Toast Bake is the perfect breakfast for one. Quick, easy, sugar-free and healthy individual anabolic french toast with protein powder.
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a large ramekin.
Cut bread into 1" cubes.
In a blender, combine protein powder, almond milk, eggs, egg whites and cinnamon.
Transfer into a bowl.
Add bread slices and gently mix (using large spoon) to coat well.
Transfer bread mix into ramekin.
Pour remaining liquid in.
Bake for 20-25 minutes (cover with foil after 12 minutes) until mixture is set upto the top; Bread should be slightly crisp on top, tester inserted in should come out dry.
Let cool a few minutes, top with berries and maple syrup and serve.
