Spaghetti Squash Egg White Frittata is a delicious, low calorie, high protein dish made on a stovetop. A super easy and egg-stra special meal to get you through the day.

Heat ¼ tsp oil on a non-stick pan over medium and sauté onions for about 3 minutes. Set aside
Place asparagus in a bowl, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites, seasoning and all vegetables.
Reduce heat to medium-low, heat remaining oil and pour egg mixture.
Cover and cook on for about 10 minutes or until eggs are done.
Slice and plate!
