Apple Pie Protein Jar - Beautiful but Healthy

    Layered Apple Pie Protein Jar is perfect for a healthy Thanksgiving party. Low fat, low sugar graham base, high protein yogurt mix and cinnamon sugar apples!

    Crust:

    Protein Yogurt:

    Apples:

    1. Heat small skillet over medium heat, add apples, 1 Tbsp water, sugar, cinnamon, and cook about 3-4 min until slightly caramelized (shaking every now and then).

    2. Transfer to plate and let cool 5 min.

    Crust:

    1. In a bowl or food processor, combine Graham crackers, almond butter and syrup - little at a time - to form thick crumbles.

    Protein Yogurt:

    1. Combine Greek yogurt, protein powder and milk (add little at a time) until smooth.

    Assemble:

    1. Layer the jars: graham mix, protein yogurt, apples, yogurt, graham, apples.

    2. Place in fridge for 20-30minutes, then remove and enjoy.
