Apple Pie Protein Popsicles - Cozy, Cool and Guilt Free!

    No-sugar-added Apple Pie Protein Popsicles are the perfect guilt-free treat when you want summer and fall in one. Packed with protein and made with 6 ingredients, there’s no ice cream maker needed either!

    Apples:

    1. Heat small skillet over medium heat, add apples, water, sugar, cinnmon, and cook about 3-4 min until slightly caramelized (shaking every now and then).

    2. Transfer to plate and let cool 5-10 min.

    Ice Cream:

    1. In a bowl mix protein powder, pudding mix and milk (add little at a time until thick).

      Add cooled apples and crushed graham crackers, and fold.

    2. Divide mix among 4 popsicle molds.

      Insert stick.

    3. Freeze 2 hours, then remove from molds and enjoy.
