Baked Chocolate Protein Balls

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. In a food processor, whole wheat pastry flour, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder and baking, and blitz to combine.

    3. Add yogurt and process until combined to form a dough ball; Stop as soon as ball forms.

    4. Lightly flour a work surface, transfer dough to surface and knead until smooth - about 7-10 seconds.

      DO NOT OVER-MIX or the protein powder will make the donut holes tough.

    5. Divide dough into 12 pieces.

      Cut KitKat candy into 12 pieces.

    6. Roll into balls, press down into discs, place candy piece in middle, cover and roll again.

    7. Place on baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.
