Banana Protein Bars - No Bake

    Protein Frosting:

    1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper; Leave an overhang to lift out later.

    Base:

    1. In a bowl combine mashed banana, peanut butter powder, unflavored and vanilla protein powders and coconut flour

    2. Mix to form dough-like consistency.

      Add milk if too dry, coconut flour if too wet.

    3. Add walnuts and mix.

    4. Transfer into pan and press down with back of spoon or spatula.

    Protein Frosting:

    1. In a bowl, mix yogurt and vanilla protein powder until smooth.

      Mixture should be thick like dough.

      Add yogurt if too thick, coconut flour if too thin.

    2. Spread on top of base and use back of spoon/spatula or slightly wet fingers to smoothen.

      Drizzle on peanut butter if desired

    3. Place in freezer 10-15 minutes to harden.

    4. Use sharp knife and slice into 6 bars.
