    2 servings

    Frosting:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease or line an 8” x 8” baking dish with parchment paper.

    2. In a bowl, whisk vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, peanut butter powder, flour, zero calorie brown sugar replacement and baking soda.

    3. In a large bowl, whisk together mashed banana, Greek yogurt and almond milk.

    4. Add dry mix to wet, and gently stir until just starting mix.

    5. Add almond butter and fold until combined.

DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the blondies gummy.

    6. Transfer to baking pan.

    7. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Top should be set and toothpick inserted into the center should come out mostly (will cook in pan as cooling).

    8. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.

    Frosting:

    1. Let cool completely first.

    2. In a small bowl combine yogurt, protein powder and almond butter. Stir until uniform.

Spread frosting over blondies, then slice and serve.
