Birthday Cake Protein Brownies - The Best Party Treat!

    Best ever Birthday Cake Protein Brownies make every day a celebration! Healthy birthday cake brownies is a protein brownie with a low sugar, high protein birthday cake frosting!

    Birthday Cake Topping:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” x 8” brownie pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

    2. In a large bowl, whisk cocoa powder, chocolate protein powders, unflavored protein powder, flour, zero calorie sugar replacement, baking powder and baking soda.

    3. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, almond milk, applesauce, almond butter and vanilla.

    4. Add wet mix to dry, and whisk until just combined.

      DO NOT OVER-MIX or protein powder will make the brownie dense.

    5. Transfer batter into pan, smoothen with a spatula or back of spoon.

    6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is set. Toothpick inserted into the center should come out slightly damp.

    7. Remove from oven and let cool completely.

    Birthday Cake Top:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder and most sprinkles until smooth.

      Spread over cooled brownies.

    2. Add more sprinkles on top.

      Cut into 16 pieces and serve!
