Blueberry Bacon Protein Pancakes - Amazing Breakfast Boost!

Combining the sweet tang of blueberries with the savory crunch of bacon, these Blueberry Bacon Protein Pancakes are a flavor explosion. Packed with protein to fuel your day, they're a delicious and satisfying meal to kickstart your morning.
Cook bacon and let cool.
Chop into pieces.
In a large bowl combine flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and baking powder.
Add egg and milk and whisk to form thick batter; Small clumps of flour are okay.
Add in the blueberries and bacon and fold.
Make Pancakes:
Heat a nonstick griddle or pan on medium-low (lightly grease with oil spray) and scoop out about ⅓ cup batter on it.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes until edges are slightly dry and bubbles start to appear on top.
Flip and cook other side for 1-2 minutes.
Repeat with remaining batter (makes about 9 pancakes).
