    A truly amazing Brownie Croissant recipe that’s high protein and sugar free! Healthy brownie croissant is a flaky croissant filled with a high protein brownie batter - breakfast goals!

    Brownie Batter:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.

    2. Cut croissant from top in 3 cuts to form a criss-cross like a pizza to make a cavity.

      Don’t cut all the way to the bottom

    Brownie Batter:

    1. In a bowl, whisk chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder.

    2. Add almond milk and egg whites and mix.

    Assemble & Bake:

    1. Fill brownie batter in croissant cavities (tip: use a piping bag).

    2. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

      Drizzle on melted chocolate and enjoy!.
