    Brownie Protein Shake is perfect for when you bake a big batch of brownies, and want to make it last longer! It’s got protein brownies and protein powder for a double dose of goodness.

    1. Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender - milk, frozen cauliflower, protein powder.

    2. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds.

    3. Add brownie pieces, blend again 10 seconds.

    4. Pour into glass, top with more brownie bits.
