Caramel Fudge Protein Bars

    Magical Caramel Fudge Protein Bars with a protein base, protein caramel and protein fudge, but all sugar free and low fat! These healthy chocolate caramel bars are great for a post-workout treat, snack or even dessert.

    Base:

    Protein Caramel:

    Chocolate Fudge:

    1. Line a 8 x 4” loaf pan with parchment paper; leave an overhang to lift out later.

      Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Base:

    1. In a food processor, combine oat flour, crushed graham cracker, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and coconut flour.

    2. Transfer to a bowl, add in almond milk (little at a time) and mix.

      Mixture should be thick but little sticky like dough.

    3. Transfer to prepared pan and press down.

    4. Bake for 8 minutes, then let cool about 10 minutes:

    Protein Caramel:

    1. In the same bowl, stir together peanut butter powder, almond butter, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, maple syrup, water (1 tsp at a time) and vanilla.

    2. Spread on top of base layer and use back of spoon to smoothen.

    Protein Fudge:

    1. In a bowl, combine protein powder and cocoa powder.

    2. Add yogurt (little at a time) and mix until smooth.

    3. Spread over base.

      Transfer to freezer to cool about 5-10 minutes.
