Cashew Butter Protein Fudge - Just So Good

    This Cashew Butter Protein Fudge will have you hooked! It’s made with flavored cashew butter, cashew butter powder and protein powder - healthy and super tasty!

    1. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper (leave an overhang to lift out later).

    2. In a bowl, combine cashew butter powder, protein powder, flour and cashew butter.

      Mix.

    3. Add almond milk (little at a time) and mix well to form fudge texture.

    4. Transfer mixture into prepared loaf pan, press down and use back of spoon to smoothen.

    5. Add candy coated chips and press down.

      Place in freezer for 10 minutes.

    6. Slice into 9 pieces.
