Chocolate Caramel Lasagna - Easy, Healthy Dessert!

    Chocolate Caramel Lasagna is the perfect easy and healthy holiday party-pleaser! A high protein, low fat, low sugar and low calorie dessert with layers of chocolate and caramel flavors. Easily Vegan and Gluten free too.

    Base:

    Chocolate Pudding:

    Caramel Pudding:

    Topping:

    1. Prepare an 8” x 8” pan or baking dish.

    2. Chop rice cakes into halves and cover the base of the pan.

    Chocolate Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate instant pudding, and milk (little at a time) until smooth.

      Spread over base.

    Caramel Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter powder, vanilla instant pudding, caramel stevia and milk (little at a time) until smooth.

      Spread over chocolate pudding layer.

    Topping:

    1. Spread whipped topping on top of caramel pudding.

    2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1-2 hours in the fridge.

    3. Dust with cocoa powder, sprinkle on chopped chocolate and drizzle on some caramel syrup or peanut butter.

    4. Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy.
