    The perfect Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Overnight Oats made with strawberry flavored protein powder and coated in a chocolate shell. This protein chocolate strawberry overnight oats has a no yogurt, Vegan and gluten free breakfast option too!

    Chocolate Coating:

    1. Combine oats, water/milk and protein powder in a microwave safe bowl and microwave about 45-60 seconds. (Optional)

    2. Stir in yogurt and strawberries.

    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 2 hours (4 hours if did not microwave).

    4. Place the chocolate chips (or chocolate) and optional coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring - for about 1 minutes until it’s completely melted.

    5. Pour over oats and spread with back of spoon. Top with chopped nuts if desired.

    6. Refrigerate another 1-2 hours and enjoy.
