Chocolate Protein Biscuits

    Super rich but easy Chocolate Protein Biscuits with a ton of chocolate and unflavored Quest protein powder and Greek yogurt. These healthy chocolate protein powder biscuits are a great low fat and sugar free treat for breakfast, dessert or post workout.

    Chocolate Drizzle:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

    2. In a bowl, whisk gluten free baking flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder.

    3. Add yogurt and mix until combined to form a dough ball; Stop as soon as ball forms.

      DO NOT OVER-MIX or the protein powder will make the biscuits tough.

    4. Slightly grease palms with oil.

      Divide dough into 12 pieces, roll into balls and flatten to form disc.

    5. Place on prepared baking sheet and brush with almond milk.

    6. Bake 15-17 minutes until outsides are crusty and still soft to touch.

    Chocolate Drizzle:

    1. Place chocolate chips and coconut oil in a large microwave safe bowl and microwave about 45 seconds, stirring halfway, until completely melted.

    2. Allow to cool slightly then drizzle on scones.
