    A rich, indulgent and skinny Chocolate Protein Bread Pudding you definitely need to try! Healthy, low calorie chocolate bread pudding uses protein powder, has no egg and no cream; Perfect for a breakfast, dessert or post workout!

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F, and lightly grease a 9”x6” baking dish (or use an 8”x8” and reduce baking time).

    2. Cut bread into 1” cubes and place in baking dish.

    3. In a bowl, whisk together chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, egg white and cinnamon.

    4. Pour chocolate custard mixture evenly over bread slices; Press down and let rest 5 min to soak.

    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until mixture is set upto the top; bread should be slightly crisp on top.

      Sprinkle on chocolate chips.

    6. Let cool a few minutes, slice into pieces, top with whipped cream and serve.
