Chocolate Protein Cookie Cake - Rich and Good!

    Indulge in this Chocolate Protein Cookie Cake made with chocolate protein powder, chocolate almond butter and cocoa powder. Rich and healthy chocolate cookie cake is sugar free and low fat!

    Topping:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8” baking pan with parchment paper (or grease).

    2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl: flour, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and baking soda.

    3. Whisk yogurt, almond butter, applesauce, milk and brown sugar in a bowl.

    4. Add in dry ingredients and mix to form a thick batter.

    5. Pour into baking pan and top with shredded coconut (or choco chips or nuts)

    6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy.

      Tester inserted into center will come out moist, but cake will cook while cooling.

    7. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
