Chocolate Tahini Protein Oat Bars

    Unbelievable Chocolate Tahini Protein Oat Bars for a healthy meal prep breakfast or post workout treat. This healthy tahini protein baked oats uses sugar free chocolate and protein powder too!

    1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients - oats, protein powder, Greek yogurt, almond milk, egg whites, tahini and baking powder.

    2. Pour ¾ mixture into prepared dish and flatten with back of a spoon or spatula.

    3. Place chocolate bar on top.

      Cover with remaining oat mixture.

    4. Bake for 25 minutes until center is just set. The top will be slightly wet in the middle, but that’s expected. Cooking longer will make the oats dry on the inside.

    5. Let cool for about 10-15 minutes, remove from pan using overhang, and let cool completely.

      Slice into bars and enjoy!
