Dark & Fudgy Flourless Blender Banana Brownies

    Rich, dark and fudgy, these Flourless Blender Banana Brownies are the easiest and probably the best brownies you will ever have. Ultra chocolatey, made with just a handful of ingredients, and actually healthy!

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and line a 8” x 8” brownie pan or baking dish with parchment paper.

    2. Combine Banana, almond butter, applesauce and egg in a blender or food processor and blend until combined.

    3. In a small bowl, uniformly mix cacao powder, sugar replacement and baking powder.

    4. Add in dry ingredients into blender/food processor and blend again until evenly mixed.

    5. Fold in about half the chopped chocolate.

    6. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread.

    7. Top with additional chocolate.

    8. Bake for 23 minutes.

    9. Allow to cool completely (about 30 minutes) before slicing or they might be too soft.
